livestreamed wednesdays | 7:00 – 8:15pm

Love is the great protector, protecting our mind from negativity, irritation and anger.

Happiness for ourself and others depends on loving kindness. Although we all have some experience of love and of its benefits, we may not realize how important it is to cultivate and extend our love for all others.

In this series, we will contemplate and meditate on Buddha’s profound teachings on the steps to develop a supreme good heart. We will discover within our mind an inexhaustible fountain of happiness – our love for others. By putting these methods and intentions into practice in our own life, we can solve our daily problems, improve our relationships, and bring great benefit to others.

Classes build as a series but each one stands alone, and drop-ins are welcome.
