Relax the Mind: Guided Meditation

Tuesdays | 5:30 – 6 pm

Let go of the tension and worries of the day.  Enjoy the experience of your own inner peace that comes through practicing meditation.This class will consist of a brief
introductory talk and a guided meditation to let go
of distractions, worries and tension.

No experience necessary, everyone is welcome.

$5 | Free for Supporting Members.
