livestreamed | everyone welcome!

Our world feels more chaotic and uncertain than ever before. Many of us feel helpless and vulnerable and we long for more stable times, yet this very yearning can itself increase our unhappiness. Buddha taught a different approach: how to take the chaotic energy of our times, and through investigating its underlying causes, transform that energy into a clear purpose, moving us towards authentic fulfillment and happiness.

In this sense, our current “crisis” situation is actually revealing what Buddha called the truth of uncertainty. By allowing ourself to recognize this truth, we redirect our focus from helplessness and instead towards accomplishing an authentic and therefore truly stable and lasting happiness. In this talk and guided meditation, Kadam Morten will show how we can begin to do this immediately.
