friday night lecture: livestreamed

december 18 | 7:00 – 8:15pm

Almost everyone experiences the feeling of loneliness. Even if we have family, friends, and other good conditions, we can still feel isolated or misunderstood; yearning to feel a deeper sense of connection with others.

In this Friday Night Lecture, Gen Khyenwang will help us understand how the feelings of comfort, security, and excitement we are craving are available to us within our own mind. By applying practical techniques from Buddha’s teachings, we can allow a natural closeness and authentic love for others to arise even at times when we are physically alone. Everyone is welcome.
