Thursday, December 31 | 7:00 – 8:45am

Start the New Year in a way you intend to continue it—with a peaceful, positive mind and a loving heart. Although we cannot be physically together this New Year’s eve, we can gather “virtually.”

Gen Khyenwang will give a brief talk and then will guide a meditation on compassion within the practice of Avalokiteshvara (the Buddha of Compassion), a beautiful arrangement of prayer and mantra recitation. We can then each light a candle (wherever we are) while mentally setting our own spiritual goals for the new year. Together, we will dedicate our peaceful minds and positive energy to the welfare of all. There is an optional “virtual social time” directly following this.
