A Buddhist Perspective on Relationships
With Resident Teacher, Gen Khyenwang
Saturday | February 8 | 10am – 1pm
ABOUT THE CLASS
Bring clarity, joy and a relaxed, loving attitude into all your relationships. With Buddha’s profound, clear advice, we can learn to distinguish between the minds of love and attachment. Using our own wisdom, we can then choose to deepen our love for others and reduce the cause of suffering coming from attachment. This popular, annual class includes guided meditations, wisdom advice from Buddha’s time tested teachings and time for discussion and for making your own plan on how to take these practical teachings to heart in your relationships in daily life.

She has been practicing and teaching Buddhist meditation for many years under the guidance of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, the founder of the New Kadampa Tradition.
