three-week series | tuesdays 9/1, 9/8 & 9/15 | 6:30 – 7:45pm

We are alive, therefore we will die. This is the simplest, most obvious truth of our existence, yet very few of us have really come to terms with this fact. In this series we will gain the confidence to live a happy and meaningful life, to prepare for death, and to help others who are dying. In this way, instead of something to be feared or denied, remembering death and death itself can become a positive experience.

Class will include guided meditations and advice from Buddha’s teachings. The main text that will be used during this series is Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully and is available at Tharpa.com.
