In this mini-retreat, you will learn and practice simple meditations that allow you to develop and maintain a calm, clear mind. This clarity of mind naturally leads to an inner experience of peace and well-being. When our mind is peaceful, we can approach all situations with a more confident, positive and relaxed attitude.
