It is very easy to experience fear and anxiety or simply to be overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life and in particular with challenging situations as are facing us now.

Learning to live fearlessly means meeting the challenges of our daily life with an open heart filled with compassion and wisdom. We can cultivate these inner qualities and transform our life by applying the special scientific methods taught by Buddha. This half-day course will focus on providing simple and practical meditation techniques to solve our problems, enjoy inner peace, and discover a freedom that gives us lasting meaning and happiness in our lives.

This class will include guided meditation and advice on how to maintain a peaceful mind in daily life. Everyone is welcome. No experience necessary.
