In this day retreat, experience a guided powerful purification practice called the four opponent powers.

These four powers were taught by Buddha to remove negative karma from the mind. By engaging in this practice, we can help heal our mind from negativity and gain a clear, more positive state of mind.

This retreat is perfect for those who are new to purification practice and more experienced practitioners interested in deepening their practice.

For the sessions, we will be using the sadhanas (prayer booklets) Vajrasattva Sadhana & Hundreds of Deities of the Joyful Land According to Highest Yoga Tantra

With Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Khyenwang

Gen Khyenwang is Resident Teacher of Odiyana Kadampa Buddhist Center. She is a close disciple and student of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and has been practicing and teaching under his guidance for many years. The teachings she shares are clear, heartfelt and extremely practical for modern life.
