saturday, april 25 | 10:00am – 12:30pm

Change is happening all the time, yet if we are not aware of the impermanence of things, we suffer.

However, when we embrace change, our mind becomes less anxious, more peaceful and more content in our daily lives. Through improving our wisdom through the practice of meditation, we can learn to accept the small changes that we experience every day. This gives us the flexibility and strength of mind to remain happy and adjust skillfully to new circumstances when big changes occur. By gaining these skills ourself, we can be in a position to help our family and friends to feel more comfortable and peaceful in the midst of life’s changes — such as moving, separation, losing a job, illness, ageing and even death.

Everyone is welcome to this practical, livestreamed course.
