Learn to Meditate
Tuesdays from 7-7:45pm
Drop in to any of these classes and learn how to meditate. This is a great place to start if you are interested in meditation. Learn simple meditations that function to make the mind peaceful, settled and clear. Through engaging in these guided meditations, you will gain experience of the potential of your own mind for inner peace and clarity and then have the ability to take these experiences into daily life.
