Take the Bodhisattva Meditation Challenge each Thursday from Feb. 17 – March 17. Each Thursday, a different meditation will be guided to help us gain a deeper understanding and familiarity with the practice of patience. These meditations can be enjoyed as a follow-up to each week’s Wednesday evening class from the series Breaking the Anger Habit but can also be viewed without having attended the class. The purpose of these meditations is to put our Bodhichitta wish into practice so that we can attain Enlightenment. Deepen your determination to train in patience with these guided sessions. Each meditation will be available on demand from 5am to midnight each Thursday.
