With Resident Teacher, Gen Khyenwang
Tuesdays, 7:15-8:30 pm
Nowadays, it seems that everyone is more distracted than ever before. Because we are in the habit of following distracting objects and thoughts, we are often drawn away from clear, concentrated and positive states of mind. Through the practice of meditation, we can learn to gain more familiarity with positive states of mind that will naturally improve the quality of our everyday experiences. Learn to tap into the limitless potential of your mind, creating beauty through the power of concentration.
These classes will include guided meditations, brief advice from Buddha’s teachings on how to maintain a peaceful mind in daily life and time for Q & A.

Mar. 24 – Your Two Best Friends: Mindfulness and Alertness
*Everyone is welcome to these practical teachings and meditations. Although it is helpful to attend the entire series, you can drop in at any time during the series. Each class includes guided meditation and practical advice to apply in everyday life.
