Held on Wednesdays @ 10am at the Center
This sadhana, or method of accomplishment, is the essential practice of the New Kadampa Tradition of Mahayana Buddhism. Through this practice, we can overcome obstacles to our spiritual practice and create favorable conditions that we can nurture and increase our Dharma realizations. There is time within these prayers for silent meditation on Lamrim, the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment, which is the condensation of all of Buddha’s teachings.
All are welcome!
