Letting Go of Anxiety
Saturday, July 18th | 11:00am – 12:15pm
With Buddhist Teacher Jackson Raymond
About the Course
So many people suffer due to anxiety, fear and even panic. In the face of so much daily bad news, and all our own personal uncertainties, is it actually possible to let go of these painful emotions and states of mind? According to Buddha, yes it is!
Buddhist Teacher Jackson Raymond will show how we can begin to establish a peaceful place in our mind, a place of inner refuge. Gaining experience of this will enable us not only to let go of these painful emotions, but also to respond confidently and creatively to those situations that normally induce fear in us. This will point the way to how we can live fearlessly and joyfully, and hence be of real benefit to others, even when surrounded by challenging situations.
Everyone Welcome!
