available on-demand

Monday, Dec 7 through Saturday, Dec 12

In this series, we will look closely at the nature and function of our mind so as to improve our experiences in daily life now and in the future.

Learn to meditate and find deep meaning in your life. Each class begins with brief advice from Buddha’s teachings on how to maintain a peaceful mind. We then engage in guided meditation to take that advice to heart. The class concludes by setting an intention to carry that determination and peace of mind into our daily life.

Everyone is welcome. No special experience necessary.
