“There is no practice more important than keeping our mind free from negativity.” Shantideva – 8th century Buddhist Master

This advice is just as important now as it was centuries ago. When we allow our mind to get into a habit of negativity, the results can be feeling unmotivated, irritable, angry and depressed. In contrast, recognizing and feeling gratitude for this life and the opportunities that have been appeared for us can make our mind light, energized and happy. Break out of this habit by meditating on the preciousness of our life, which allows us to lift ourselves out of discouragement and use our life in a profoundly meaningful way.
