In modern life, almost everyone experiences some degree of fear, worry and anxiety. By learning about the nature and function of the mind, we can reduce and eventually overcome these negative mental habits. By training in simple meditation techniques, we can learn to become more and more familiar with positive, solution-orientated thoughts that lead to a calm, clear and peaceful mind. Everyone is welcome. No experience necessary.

Class includes guided meditations, practical advice and time for discussion and Q & A.
