The function of meditation is to make the mind peaceful. When our mind is peaceful, we are happy. Through practicing meditation, we can learn to make our mind peaceful and positive, even when the external conditions are challenging.
Meditations will be guided and brief advice shared on how to maintain a peaceful mind throughout the day. There will be time for paired discussion and questions. Everyone is welcome. No experience is necessary.
There is no cost for these classes, but you may make a donation if you wish.
