Through engaging in contemplation and meditation on objects that increase positive states of mind and by recognizing and letting go of negativity, we naturally develop our own wisdom and compassion. Learn how to bring these qualities into your day to day life.

Class Format:
  • Preliminary Guided meditation to let go of distractions and busyness
  • Brief advice for daily life from Buddha’s time-tested teachings (Lamrim)
  • Guided meditation to gain insight and familiarity with positive minds and to set intentions to improve the mind in daily life.
