The mind is an amazing thing. It has the power to create our world. Our thoughts and feelings, which are part of our mind, dictate how we relate to any given situation, relationship, the world and of course how we relate to ourself.  For this reason, it is critical that we gain an understanding of our own mind and experience for ourselves the quality of peace that naturally arises when we let go of worry, anxiety and distraction.

In this class, we will gain the wisdom needed to understand how the mind functions and how we can break the cycle of negativity in order to actually experience the nature of mind, which is deeply peaceful and positive.
