Improve your attitude, develop a peaceful mind and a good heart. Experience the practical benefits of Buddha’s teachings, learn to overcome your problems and find profound meaning in your life.  Each weekly class includes two guided meditations, practical wisdom on how to maintain the experience of inner peace in daily life and time to discuss the ideas presented.

Classes are and drop-in. You do not need to attend the entire series.

$16 or free for Odiyana KBC Members.
Breathing Room class card rates also apply.

You can register in person at the time of the class or in advance on Breathing Room’s website.  Search for the appropriate date to find the class.
