Meditation is a method to improve all of our good qualities and to discover our own experience of inner peace. If our mind is peaceful and calm, we are happy. Learn how to let go of worry, anxiety and other distractions that disturb the essential nature of our mind, which is calm, clear and positive. In this class, learn what meditation is, and how to practice it so we can begin to improve the quality of our thoughts and intentions and discover our own peaceful mind. Everyone is welcome.
