Without inner peace, there is no real happiness at all. The more we control our mind, the more our inner peace increases and the happier we become. By training in meditation, we can learn how to free ourselves from mental discomfort, worry and negative states of mind and learn how to deal skillfully with “daily life”.

Classes include guided meditation and practical advice from Buddha’s teachings. No experience necessary…Everyone welcome!
