Drop in to this weekly class and learn to make your mind peaceful and positive. From this state, we can gain great insight into what kinds of thoughts and intentions are helpful to maintain and which ones are not. By getting familiar with our own mind and realizing its potential, we begin to gain control, not allowing the mind to get caught up in negativity, discouragement or unhelpful mental habits.
Everyone is welcome to this class, beginners and advanced meditators alike.
