Meditation retreats offer a unique opportunity to focus deeply on meditation so that we can experience its powerful effects. The practice of silence helps to deepen our experience of inner peace.

About the retreat:
In this retreat, we will focus on a traditional healing meditation called, ‘Taking and Giving’ which has a powerful potential to help heal body and mind. These meditations are a beautiful and profound method to transform our personal problems, our relationships and the world into the very means for experiencing love, joy, compassion and wisdom.

This ancient practice brings mental peace and happiness, increases our inner spiritual strength and capacity, and enables us to transcend the challenges of busy modern living.

Enjoy the deep peace and stillness that comes from the practice of meaningful silence that we will engage in during this retreat.
