Through the practice of meditation, we can learn to develop and maintain a peaceful mind all the time. If our mind is peaceful all the time, we’ll be happy all the time. So, if we really wish for a happier life for ourselves and others, we must learn to practice meditation. Once we learn these steps and how to enjoy them, we can easily apply them to any positive determination, feeling or intention and experience deep, lasting change in our mind and in our life. Perfect for all levels of meditators. Everyone welcome.
