Learn to Meditate

When life is busy and many problems come our way, we often react by becoming frustrated or discouraged. This series of classes will present practical techniques to let go of challenging thoughts and feelings. Discover an inner wealth of peace and well-being and become more patient, generous and wise.

Class includes guided meditation and brief advice to help maintain a peaceful mind in daily life.


$10 per class ($8 for Manchester residents) or free for OKBC Members
