Learn to Meditate

Thursdays Weekly, noon-12:45pm

with Kelsang Khyenwang, Resident Teacher Odiyana Kadampa Buddhist Center

With regular practice, meditation allows us to experience mental clarity, inner strength and a positive state of mind. This naturally helps us to reduce stress, improve relationships and learn to approach daily life with confidence and compassion. Meditations are guided and brief advice shared on how to maintain a peaceful mind throughout the day. Everyone welcome.

$10 per class or free for OKBC Members
