Learn to Meditate Meditation

Fridays Weekly ~ 12:15-1pm

with Odiyana Center Resident Teacher, Kadam Eve

Although we want to experience clear, positive minds all the time, delusions often crowd the mind and make it unpeaceful. In this series, learn about the states of mind that harm us and cause us to harm others.
Through meditation practice, we can learn to recognize, reduce and finally abandon these “inner enemies” and enjoy the freedom and positivity of peaceful minds.
