Learn to Meditate
Fridays Weekly ~ 12:15-1pm
with Odiyana Center Resident Teacher, Kadam Eve
Meditation functions to make the mind calm and peaceful. If the mind is peaceful all the time, we will be happy all the time. So if we really wish to be happy all the time, we need to practice meditation. Each class includes guided meditation and brief advice on how to maintain a positive, clear mind in daily life.
June 2 – Developing Humility
June 9 – Dangers of Jealousy
June 16 – Alertness and Mindfulness
