Learn to meditate in Hartford

Meditation functions to make the mind calm and peaceful. If the mind is peaceful all the time, we will be happy all the time. So if we really wish to be happy all the time, we need to practice meditation. Each class includes guided meditation and practical advice on how to maintain a positive, clear mind in daily life.

This class is for beginners and experienced meditators alike. Everyone welcome!

June 14 – Alertness and mindfulness
June 21 – Deepening wisdom
