Classes held throughout Connecticut and New England

Drop in to any of these General Program classes in your area. Although the classes are presented as a series, each class is self contained and provides practical advice from Buddha’s teachings that can be applied to daily life. Class format includes guided meditation, which helps to improve mindfulness and alertness and cultivate positive states of mind. Everyone welcome, no matter what level of experience.
