What is the class format?

Classes include guided meditations to let go of distractions and busyness, practical advice on how to apply Buddhist principles into daily life, relating it to our own experience. Classes usually include time for paired discussion and Q & A.

Do I need to have experience in meditation or Buddhism to attend classes?

Dress comfortably. There is no special clothing needed for these meditation classes. Chairs and cushions are available.

Do I have to wait for the next series of classes to begin?

You can drop into any of the classes in a series without waiting for a series to begin. Attending the entire series of classes is highly beneficial as each class builds on the next. However, each class is taught in such a way that if you only attend any one class, you will still gain benefit from it.
