We can often feel stuck with painful feelings and a heavy burden of thoughts from the past that keep us from moving forward in our life and fulfilling our potential. In this series, we will investigate Buddha’s teachings on wisdom and compassion in order to experience freedom from negativity, fear and anxiety.

These practical teachings are suitable for everyone. Classes include guided meditations, advice from Buddha’s teachings and time for discussion and Q & A.
*Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained. Feel free to drop in to any of these classes at any point in the series.  No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome.

$10 per class or free for Supporting Members.
