Freedom From Unhealthy Habits
In this four week series, we will learn how to recognize and reduce the strong tendencies or bad mental habits that can lead to addiction and cause us to feel trapped, confused and powerless. By learning about our own mind and its actual nature and function, we can begin to gain control over the unhealthy thoughts, wishes and desires and replace them with new positive mental habits.
These practical teachings getting to know our mind so that we can gain control of it are suitable for everyone. Classes include guided meditations, advice from Buddha’s teachings and time for discussion and Q & A.

$10 per class or free for OKBC Members.
