Learn to Meditate

Meditation is a scientific method to improve our own inner qualities and is the best method to help ourselves and to bring benefit to others. Each class will include guided meditations to experience inner peace and clarity, practical instructions from time-tested Buddhist teachings and time for contemplation, discussion and questions.

Leave each class with a more peaceful mind and practical methods to maintain that positive mind in daily life. This class is perfect for beginners or advanced meditators alike. Everyone is welcome.

Sept. 6 – What is Meditation?
Sept. 13 – The Benefits of Meditation
Sept. 20 – How to Begin Meditation
Sept. 27 – How to Meditate

$12 or free for Supporting Members.
