Meditation is a scientific method to improve our own good qualities and is the best method to benefit others. It is also a mind that concentrates on a virtuous object, which is the main cause of mental peace. In this class, learn the basic skills of meditation and learn what objects we can focus on that keep our mind peaceful and positive. Meditations will be guided, and brief advice shared on how to maintain a peaceful mind during the session and during our daily life.
This class is perfect for beginners and advanced meditators alike. No experience necessary. Everyone welcome.
