Thursday Morning Meditation

Meditation is a scientific method to improve our own inner qualities and is the best method to help ourselves and to bring benefit to others. Each class will include guided meditations to experience inner peace and clarity, practical instructions from time-tested Buddhist teachings and time for contemplation, discussion and questions. Leave each class with a more peaceful mind and practical methods to maintain that positive mind in daily life.
May 11 – The Root of the Problem
May 18 – Path to Liberation
May 25 – Training in concentration
June 1 – Training in wisdom
June 8 – The peace of nirvana
