Learning to love difficult people
Where do you encounter difficult people? Is it at work, at home, in traffic? In this series, learn how to transform conflicts, tension and irritation that arise when we encounter difficult people in all parts of daily life. Prepare your mind so that instead of developing negativity, you only increase your good qualities, leading to a deeper experience of inner peace.

Meditation is a scientific method to improve our own inner qualities and is the best method to help ourselves and to bring benefit to others. Each class will include guided meditations to experience inner peace and clarity, practical instructions from time-tested Buddhist teachings and time for contemplation, discussion and questions.

After class: Enjoy refreshments and an opportunity to chat with the teacher and other practitioners.

Oct. 29 – The power of love
