Everyone want to be clear and positive, free from worry and negativity all the time, but we can’t achieve this goal unless we attain lasting inner peace. In this class we will learn basic meditation techniques and Buddhist advice that can help us to become happy and peaceful from within. Each class includes guided meditations, brief advice, time for discussion and Q & A. This class is perfect for beginners and advanced meditators alike, everyone welcome.
