Finding Strength in an Uncertain World
With so much instability in the world around us, what we need most now is strength of mind. Developing our own inner wisdom and compassion is the only means to solve our inner problems of delusions, negativity, fear and worry. Through understanding the actual nature and potential of our mind, we can learn to access a limitless amount of love and wisdom. With this internal strength, we become a hero or heroine, an example for others and a source of refuge for those around us.

*Although taught as a series, each class is self-contained. Feel free to drop in to any of these classes at any point in the series.

Topics may include:
Feb.  4 – Stopping worry and delusion
Feb. 11 – Dissolving busyness into the clarity of the mind
Feb. 18 – The Power of a Compassionate Heart
Feb. 25 – Practicing with Wisdom

This class is perfect for beginners or advanced meditators alike. Everyone is welcome.

$12 per class or free for OKBC Members.
