Experience the power of meditation in your own life. When the mind is peaceful, we experience happiness. When it is at all unpeaceful or agitated, we experience unhappiness. Since our state of mind projects the world we experience, it is necessary to get to know the mind, how it functions and how to control it. Through simple guided meditations and brief instructions, learn to develop and maintain positive, clear and peaceful states of mind.

This class is perfect for beginners and advanced meditators alike.
