Learn to Meditate – Tuesdays, 7-7:45pm

Drop in to this weekly class and learn how to meditate. Meditation is a scientific method that functions to make the mind peaceful and positive. Each week, we will look at one aspect of dharma, or Buddha’s teachings as practical advice that naturally induce positive thoughts and determinations that we can carry into daily life.
Meditations are guided. No experience necessary.

$10 per class or free for OKBC Members.
