Classes at the Center
Everyone is welcome to these weekly General Program (or drop-in) classes. Although some of the classes are presented as a series, each class is self-contained and provides practical advice from Buddha’s teachings and guided meditations to improve mindfulness and alertness. Through gaining meditation experience in this way, we can then begin to improve our own good qualities, learning to transform daily difficulties into a path to clear, peaceful and positive states of mind.
