Learn the basics of meditation and the countless benefits of learning these skills. Meditation is the main cause of happiness, which comes from a peaceful mind. The more peaceful our mind is, the more we learn to solve our daily problems, which come from negative states of mind such as irritation, frustration and anger.

Class includes guided meditations, practical advice and ways to apply this in daily life.

$10 per class or free for OKBC Members.
